WEGO
Redefining residential real estate development with regenerative land + marine + human lifestyle, at its core. Launching it's first site on the southwest coast of Central America in 2024.
WEGO and its flagship residential property, ubuntu, were in the concept stage when we entered the project. We helped design the brand ecosystem and shape the strategy for funding and launch of numerous products and services, while leading web design & development. Unfortunately, the project is on hold for now due to the Nicaraguan government building a coastal highway through our land.

MEET ME
I grew up on a small hobby farm in rural Wisconsin, where life was shaped by nature, responsibility, and a deep sense of connection— to family, community, and the land.
That early grounding taught me how to work hard, think independently, and trust my intuition. As my path unfolded, it carried me far beyond the farm— into music, entrepreneurship, and eventually into building and advising companies across technology, real estate, hospitality, wellness, and consumer platforms. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve founded and scaled businesses, helped generate millions in revenue, launched platforms and partnerships around the world, and worked alongside founders and leadership teams navigating growth, change, and complexity.
What’s less visible, but just as important—
Is the inner work that made that external success sustainable. Alongside my business career, I spent thousands of hours studying and practicing disciplines such as leadership psychology, neuroscience, yoga, meditation, breathwork, Ayurveda, systems thinking, and personal development. I didn’t pursue this work as an escape from business, but as a way to become clearer, more resilient, and more aligned as a leader and human. That process— using holistic practices to sharpen focus, regulate energy, clarify decision-making, and reconnect with purpose— is the same process I used to evolve through different seasons of entrepreneurship, including moments of rapid growth, burnout, reinvention, and renewed clarity.
Today, my work lives at the intersection of strategy and self-awareness. I support both businesses and individuals through a simple, proven framework:
