I was born and raised on a small hobby farm in rural Wisconsin, surrounded by trees, animals, open land, and a community that lived close to nature and to one another. Life was simple, physical, and honest. We cut down trees for heat, tended animals and gardens daily, and learned early that survival, wellbeing, and fulfillment came from cooperation rather than force.

Without knowing it at the time, this environment instilled my first understanding of connection—to Nature, Self, Others, and something greater than us all. I learned that everything is interconnected, that effort compounds over time, and that balance matters. From my parents, I absorbed values that continue to guide my life and work: family matters, compassion is strength, integrity is essential, patience creates trust, and dreams are not accidents—they are invitations.

This foundation shaped how I see reality itself—not as something to dominate, but something to listen to, collaborate with, and co-create.

As a teenager and young adult, I entered the world of music—performing, managing bands, touring nationally, and bringing people together through shared experiences. What began as creativity quickly became my first real education in leadership, influence, branding, negotiation, and community-building.
 

I learned how vision spreads through connection, how momentum is created through consistency, and how community becomes a gravitational force when people feel seen and inspired.

These years taught me discipline, presence, and responsibility—showing up even when outcomes were uncertain. More importantly, they showed me that anything is possible when intention, belief, and action are aligned. Dreams don’t just happen; they are built through trust, patience, and collective energy.

In my early twenties, that understanding carried me fully into entrepreneurship. I began launching and scaling ventures across entertainment, hospitality, e-commerce, and emerging digital platforms, living and working between Manhattan, Chicago, Las Vegas, Florida, and Mexico.
 

During this chapter, I founded and co-founded multiple companies, helped raise capital, built sales teams, secured strategic partnerships, and generated millions in revenue. I experienced rapid growth alongside hard lessons— failures, burnout, reinvention, and breakthroughs. Over time, a clear pattern emerged: regardless of industry, geography, or business model, the same core challenges always surfaced— clarity of vision, alignment of people and systems, leadership under pressure, and disciplined execution.

Through it all, a deeper realization emerged: we create our own reality, and at a larger scale, we live inside realities created by the collective. Business systems, markets, and industries are not fixed— they are human-made constructs shaped by intention.

I also began to see clearly that most major global systems— technology, medicine, media, education, food, finance, and health— have been designed primarily around profit, not wellbeing. This awareness planted an important question that would guide the rest of my life: What becomes possible when growth is designed in service of people, communities, and the planet—not at their expense?

As my experience deepened, so did my sense of responsibility. I became increasingly aware that business is one of the most powerful tools shaping human behavior, culture, and the future. This chapter marked a conscious shift toward aligning success with service.

I founded and led purpose-driven ventures that connected businesses, individuals, and causes, while also working closely with real estate developers, technology companies, and hospitality brands on large-scale projects. I helped launch flagship properties, record-setting residential communities, and new technology platforms— all while refining an internal compass rooted in discernment, trust, and long-term thinking.
 

This period taught me that true abundance comes from alignment, not extraction— and that leadership requires the courage to slow down, listen, and let systems evolve naturally rather than forcing outcomes.
 

 This chapter marked a shift from growth for growth’s sake to growth with intention— where performance, profit, and positive impact could coexist when designed consciously.

The global pause during the pandemic gave me something I hadn’t allowed myself before: space. I closed a business, sold a company, stepped back from constant execution, and turned inward. What began as a pause quickly became a deep period of self-inquiry, healing, and integration.
 

Over 18+ years, I’ve studied and practiced yoga, meditation, breathwork, fitness, Ayurveda, neuroscience, leadership psychology, and holistic living—accumulating thousands of hours through daily practice, teacher trainings, certifications, retreats, workshops, seminars, and mentorships across the world. These practices taught me presence, patience, self-regulation, and trust—skills that are just as critical in boardrooms as they are in life.

This chapter made something undeniable: the same principles that create peace, clarity, and resilience within an individual are the same that create sustainable, high-performing organizations. Nature does not force growth—it allows it. Alignment always outperforms pressure.​

I work with a small number of individuals, founders, and leadership teams in ongoing monthly containers. This allows for real integration— clarity, accountability, and evolution over time.
